Trip to Colorado!

I have my camera cord back!! YAY!!

We finally were able to make a trip to Colorado! Evan still hadn't met half of his family, so we thought it was time.  (And I was also able to finish up some classes while we were there, as well!)

I was dreading this trip. Evan had never been on a plane and I was scared to death to be "those parents" with the screaming crying baby.  But, yet again, Evan was an ANGEL!! No crying, fussing or screaming! We flew to Atlanta then into Denver and had no issues with him on either flight! YAY! :)

Can you tell by those eyes that it was a LOOONNG day! Poor baby was exhausted!

We arrived in Denver at 7pm. We told the Grandma and Grandpa's that we were arriving on Sunday, but really flew in on Saturday to surprise them! :) And boy were they surprised! (I wish I got pictures of their faces, but we were so ready to relax and go to bed (ESPECIALLY Evan!) But we surprised Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Mark first. They hadn't seen Evan since he was 3 weeks old… so they were SUPER excited to see us (well, really just Evan!) Then we surprised Grandpa Eric and waited for Grandma Cindy to get home from the Mammoth game. They both were in shock (and tears) to see us a day early.
